Creating a course in FEA Create is a great way to share your knowledge and support your audience. Whether you're teaching a step-by-step process, offering a membership experience or guiding people through a transformation, having your content in a clear and structured course format helps your students stay engaged and follow along easily.
Here's a simple guide to help you upload and organise your course content in FEA Create.
Step 1: Open Your Course Product
Go to the course you want to edit. In the "Outline" section, you'll see your course structure.
Categories are like modules (for example: Module 1, Module 2).
Lessons sit inside each category.
Sub-categories help you break down your content even further if needed.
You can click and drag categories, sub-categories and lessons to rearrange the order.
Step 2: Add or Edit a Category
Click the + button to add a new category.
Click on an existing category to edit it.
Give it a title and description.
You can choose the visibility:
Published – visible to users
Draft – hidden from users
Locked – users must complete previous content to access
Dripped – unlocks after a set number of days or on a specific date
Upload a Category Thumbnail if you like.
Step 3: Add or Edit Lessons
You can add or edit lessons right from the main outline page.
Click on a lesson to edit it, or click the + button under a category to add a new one.
Add a title.
Write a description or content using the editor (you can add images, bullet points and more).
Upload your video or audio:
From your computer
Using a URL (like YouTube)
Using an embed code (YouTube, Vimeo or Loom)
Set a video thumbnail and lesson image if needed.
Upload extra files like PDFs or workbooks.
Choose whether the lesson is Published or Draft.
Step 4: Preview and Save
Preview your lesson to see how it will look for your users.
Don’t forget to Save any changes before you leave the page.
That’s it! You’ve now uploaded and organised your course content in FEA Create. Your students will be able to move through it easily and at the pace you’ve set.
