How to Use Conversation AI in FEA Create

Conversation AI in FEA Create helps you communicate with your customers automatically. It uses AI-powered bots that can reply to messages, answer common questions, and even book appointments for you. It’s designed to save time, improve customer service, and make your communication more consistent.

Handle Conversations Across Channels
Your AI bot can reply to messages from SMS, Facebook, Instagram, and live chat all in one place.

Book Appointments Automatically
The bot can send booking links, confirm appointments, and trigger workflows after a booking is made.

Answer FAQs and Customer Questions
You can train the bot with your website links, help articles, and FAQs so it gives accurate, friendly answers to your customers.

Customise Its Personality
You can adjust how the bot sounds to match your brand’s voice, whether that’s friendly, professional, or formal.

Step 1: Access Conversation AI

  1. Log in to your FEA Create account.

  2. Click AI Agents from the left menu.

  3. Select Conversation AI.

Step 2: Create a Bot

  1. Click Create Bot in the top-right corner.

  2. Choose a setup option:

    • Guided form – best for simple lead capture or general questions.

    • Custom setup – ideal if you want to create a bot with more advanced knowledge and features.

  3. Choose whether you want the bot to be used for General Q&A or to Book Appointments.

Step 3: Set Up Your Brand Voice

Your bot’s brand voice determines how it sounds when talking to customers.

  1. Give your brand voice a name.

  2. Enter your business details (website, email, phone number, business hours).

  3. Describe your tone of voice (for example: friendly, confident, supportive).

  4. Add any extra details about your brand or customer style.

  5. Click Next.

Step 4: Configure Bot Settings

  1. Name your bot.

  2. Choose if you want it to be your Primary Bot (this will respond to all inbound messages not handled by another bot).

  3. Select which channels you want it to use (for example, Instagram, SMS, or Facebook).

  4. Set a wait time before it responds.

  5. Write a greeting message to welcome new messages.

Step 5: Define What the Bot Collects

Tell your bot what information to ask for. This might include:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Booking dates or other key details

You can also let the bot book appointments automatically and send you an email if it doesn’t know an answer.

Click Save once you’re happy with your setup.

Step 6: Set How the Bot Responds

You can choose between three modes:

  • Off – the bot won’t respond.

  • Suggestive – the bot will suggest replies that you can review and send manually.

  • Auto-Pilot – the bot replies automatically to customers.

Step 7: Use Advanced Settings

These settings help you fine-tune how your bot behaves.

  • Wait Time Before Responding – choose how long before it replies.

  • Maximum Message Limit – limit how many messages it sends per conversation.

  • Sleep Mode – pause the bot when you need to handle things manually.

Step 8: Train Your Bot

Training helps your bot learn more about your business so it can answer accurately.

Go to the Knowledge Base section to add:

  • Web Sources – add your website or help article links so the bot can learn from them.

  • FAQs – add common questions and answers to make replies consistent.

  • Files – upload documents or guides that explain your services.

The more data you provide, the better your bot will perform.

Step 9: Test Your Bot

You can test the bot in real time inside FEA Create before launching it. Testing your bot is completely free.

  • Chat with the bot to see how it replies.

  • Give feedback on answers (positive feedback improves responses, negative feedback adds a new FAQ suggestion).

  • Edit prompts or voice settings as needed.

  • Reset the chat to start a new test anytime.

Step 10: Track Performance

Once your bot is live, you can monitor:

  • Messages handled

  • Appointments booked

  • Time saved

This helps you see how well it’s working and make improvements over time.
