When someone visits your store, you might want them to see your products in a specific order. Maybe you want your bestsellers at the top, or perhaps you want to show your newest product first. Setting a default product order helps guide your customers to the items you want to highlight, which can improve their experience and increase your sales.
Step 1: Go to the Store Products
In your FEA Create dashboard, go to Websites & Funnels.
Click on Stores, then select the store you want to update.
Click on Products.
Step 2: Set Display Priority
On the right-hand side of the product list, you'll see a column called Display Priority.
Use this to manually set the order of your products. For example, set your most important product to 1, the next to 2, and so on.
Once you've finished setting the priorities, click Save Changes.
Step 3: Edit the Product List on Your Store Page
Go back to Pages and edit the Product List page.
Click on the Product List element on the page.
Make sure Enable Sorting is turned on.
Step 4: Set the Default Sorting Option
Click Advanced in the settings for the Product List.
Scroll down to Sort and Filter Options.
Find the section for Default Starting Options and choose Featured from the dropdown.
This will use the Display Priority order you set earlier.
Click Save and Publish.
Your store will now show products in the order you've chosen, helping customers find your key products more easily.
