Paying your affiliates is a great way to reward them for promoting your products. FEA Create makes it easy to keep track of who earned what and when to pay them. This feature helps you stay organised, build trust with your affiliates, and manage everything in just a few simple steps—no tech knowledge needed.
Step 1: Open the Affiliate Payouts Section
Go to the Affiliate Manager in FEA Create, then choose Payout from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Check Pending Payouts
Any commissions earned by affiliates will show up under the Pending tab. These appear on the 1st of the next month, or based on your custom settings.
You’ll see a list of affiliates and their details:
Affiliate Name
Email
Campaign
Payout Month
Amount (how much they earned)
Step 3: Approve Payouts
Review the list, then click Approve for Payout next to each affiliate you want to pay.
You can also click the three dots (⋮) next to a name to:
View past commissions
Deny the payout if needed
Once approved, the payout moves to the Approved for Payout tab.
Step 4: Export the Approved Payouts
Click Export to download a CSV file of the approved payouts. This file will be used to process payments.
Step 5: Pay the Affiliates
To pay, go to the Approved for Payout tab and click the Pay button.
A confirmation box will pop up with payment details.
You can pay affiliates using one of these gateways:
Stripe
PayPal
Authorize.net
NMI
After paying, mark each payout as Paid in FEA Create.
Step 6: View Paid Payouts
Once marked as paid, the affiliate details move to the Paid tab. This shows:
Affiliate Name
Email
Campaign
Payout Month
Date Paid
Amount
Note: You cannot undo this action.
Step 7: View Denied Payouts (if needed)
If a payout was denied, it will show in the Denied Payouts tab.
You’ll see all the same details for the affiliate, plus the option to:
View past commissions
Move the payout back to Pending if needed

Search Bar: Quickly find an affiliate by typing their name.
Date Filter: Choose a month to view payouts from a specific time.
Important Reminder
After you approve payouts and export the CSV file, make sure you upload it to your payment gateway to process payments. Then update the status in FEA Create to Paid so your records stay accurate.
