Sometimes, a user may get stuck at a particular step in your workflow due to a missed action, an automation delay, or a manual review requirement. In such cases, you may need to move them forward manually to ensure they progress smoothly through your process.
This guide will show you how to do that quickly and easily.
Step 1: Open Your Workflow
Go to Automations in FEA Create and find the workflow where you want to move a user forward.
Step 2: Locate the User
Look for the user who is currently at a specific step. You’ll see an icon representing them at that step. Click it.
Step 3: Select the User
Tick the checkbox next to the user’s name to select them.
Step 4: Move the User to the Next Step
Click on the small running icon that says ‘Move contacts to the next step.’
Step 5: Confirm the Action
Once you select the option, the user will be moved to the next step in your workflow.
