With FEA Create, you can create a quiz for your customers and automatically trigger actions when they complete it.
This means you can send emails, add tags, grant course access, and more—without any manual work!
Step 1: Navigate to Automations
Log in to your FEA Create and head to Automations > Create Workflow > Start from Scratch
Step 2: Set the Trigger and Add Filters
Set the trigger as Quiz Submitted
Click Add Filters
Choose Quiz is... and select the relevant quiz
Step 3 (Optional): Add Filters for Specific Scoring
If you want different actions based on quiz scores, you can add filters for specific scores. This is useful for targeted messaging. Once set, click Save Trigger.
Step 4: Set Your Actions
Now, decide what happens when someone completes the quiz.
You can:
Add a tag, e.g., Quiz Completed
Send follow-up emails based on their results
Grant access to a course or membership
And more!
Step 5: Save and Publish
Turn on your workflow by clicking the toggle switch
Click Save to finalize your workflow
Your quiz is now linked to a workflow, automating actions seamlessly!
