Your customers can easily access their courses and community groups using the GoKollab app. This is a simple way to stay connected and continue learning while on the go. The GoKollab app is included as part of your FEA Create subscription, so no additional purchase is needed.

Step 1: Download the GoKollab App

The GoKollab app is available on both the App Store (for iPhone users) and the Google Play Store (for Android users). Simply search for "GoKollab" and download the app onto your device.

Step 2: Sign In to Your Account

Once the app is installed:

  • Open the GoKollab app.

  • Click on Sign In.

  • Enter your login details to access your account.

Step 3: Explore Your Courses and Community

Once inside the app, you can:

  • Access Your Courses – View and continue any courses you have signed up for.

  • Engage in the Community – Share posts, interact with other members, and stay updated on discussions.

Step 4: Manage Your Account

In addition to courses and community features, you can also:

  • View Contracts and Invoices – Check any assigned contracts or invoices linked to your account.

  • Update Settings, Billing, and Password – Manage your subscription, update payment details, change your password, and adjust account settings as needed.

Using the GoKollab app makes it easy to stay connected with your learning and community, no matter where you are!
