Digital products are things you can sell online that people can download, like ebooks, music, and artwork. You donβt need to store or ship anything, making them easy to sell to customers around the world.
This tutorial will walk you through the steps to create and sell your digital product in FEA Create.
Step 1: Create Your Product
Go to Payments in your FEA Create account.
Click Products.
Choose an existing product or click Create New Product.
π Important: Digital products can only be sold through an eCommerce store, so make sure you turn on the Store option in the product settings.
Step 2: Add Product Details
When creating a new product, fill in these details:
Product Name β Give your product a clear name (e.g., "Healthy Eating Guide").
Price β Set the amount customers will pay.
Tax Settings β Adjust this if needed.
Variants (if applicable) β Choose if your product has different versions (e.g. an ebook and an audiobook).
Step 3: Upload Your Digital File
The next steps depend on whether your product has variants (different versions) or not.
For Products Without Variants
In the Pricing section, select the pricing option.
Scroll down to Shipping and Delivery settings.
3. Select Digital Product, then upload your file.
4. Check that the correct file is uploaded, then click Save.
For Products With Variants
In the Variants section, select the specific variant you want to edit.
Upload the file for that variant from your device.
Make sure the correct file is uploaded.
Click Save to store your changes.
Step 4: Enable Email Delivery
To ensure customers receive their digital product by email:
Go to Payments > Settings > Notifications.
Turn on Enable Order Confirmation Email.
If this is not turned on, customers can still download their files from the Checkout Page, but they wonβt receive an email.
Key Things to Remember
You can create different versions of your product (e.g., Ebook, Audiobook, or Physical Book).
You can upload up to 10 files, each up to 100MB in size.
If your files are larger, you can compress them into a ZIP file under 100MB.
Supported file types include images, audio, video, documents, and ZIP files.
By following these steps, your digital product will be ready for customers to purchase and download easily. π
