Creating a product in FEA Create is a simple process that allows you to offer your goods or services to your audience. Whether you’re selling digital items, physical products, or services, this guide will walk you through the basics of setting up a product in just a few steps.
Step 1: Access the Payments Section
On the left-hand menu of your dashboard, click on “Payments”.
Under the Payments section, select “Products”.
Step 2: Add a New Product
Click the “Add Product” button.
Fill in the basic details for your product:
Step 3: Set Up Payment Options
When configuring payment options for your product, you’ll have two main choices of a one-time or recurring payment:
One-Time Payment:
Choose this option if your product is a one-time purchase (e.g., a single digital file, a physical item, or a service).
Recurring Payment:
If you want to charge customers on a regular basis, such as monthly or yearly, select this option.
Set the billing interval (e.g., weekly, monthly, or yearly).
Specify the recurring price.
Optionally, set a trial period for customers to try out the product for free or at a discounted rate before the regular billing starts.
Membership Offer:
If the product grants access to a membership (e.g., an online course or a membership), connect it to your membership area.
You’ll need to set up the membership area first (done under the Create your offer section).
Assign the appropriate membership access to this product so customers automatically gain access upon purchase.
Step 4: Add an Image (Optional)
Upload a clear and attractive image of your product to make it visually appealing.
This is especially helpful if your product is listed in an online store.
Step 5: Save the Product
Once you’ve configured all settings, click “Save”.
Your product will now appear in the product list.
