How to reconnect your Zoom Integration

Steps to reconnect when the integration expires

When your Zoom integration expires in FEA Create, you will need to reconnect it.

Here's a simple guide to get you back up and running:

1. Navigate to Integrations

  • Open your FEA Create Dashboard

  • Click "Settings" in the left sidebar

  • Select "My Profile"

2. Reconnect Zoom

  • Scroll down to the 'Calendar Settings' section and click the 'Video Conferencing' tab.

  • You will see an Expired notice next to your Zoom.

  • Click the Trash icon to delete.

  • Click 'Add New' and 'Connect' to Zoom.

3. Complete the reconnection

  • You will need to log in to your Zoom account again

  • Wait for the confirmation message

  • Your integration should now be active

Note: Integration expiration is a standard occurrence and reconnecting takes just a few minutes.
