In this tutorial, we will walk you through the process of scheduling Instagram reels using FEA Create. With this feature, you can conveniently schedule and plan your Instagram reel posts directly from your FEA Create dashboard. However, keep in mind that you need to have the video with sound ready and captions prepared since Instagram audio cannot be used for scheduled reels. Let's get started!
Step 1. Ensure Your Reel is Ready:
Before scheduling your Instagram reel, make sure you have the video with sound ready. You cannot use audio from Instagram itself; instead, use original audio for your reel. Additionally, prepare your captions and other content to include in the post.
Step 2. Navigate to Social Planner:
Log in to your FEA Create dashboard and go to the "Marketing" area. From there, click on "Social Planner" to access the post scheduling feature.
Step 3. Create a New Post:
Within the Social Planner, select "New Post," then click on "Create New Post" to start creating your scheduled Instagram reel.
Step 4. Choose Your Instagram Account:
Select the Instagram account to which you want to post the reel.
Step 5. Upload the Reel:
In the post creation window, you'll find a tab specifically for reels. Click on it and then use the video camera icon to upload your prepared video with sound from your media library.
Step 6. Add Content and Hashtags:
Once the video is uploaded, you can add your captions, hashtags, and other content. Utilize the Content AI feature if you need help with your content, and you can also save frequently used hashtags for easy access.
Step 7. Schedule or Save for Later:
Once your post is ready, you have several options to choose from. You can either save it for later, schedule it to be posted at a specific date and time, post it immediately, or even send it for approval if you are part of a team.
Step 8. Access Your Scheduled Reels:
Once scheduled, your Instagram reel will be visible in your dashboard's Social Media Post section, where you can manage all your scheduled posts.
