You can also add images to your survey. The image won't come from your media library, but it will come from your images. You can alter the image and how it looks on the slide. You can also change the layout and style of your survey, add a banner image to the top, and a progress bar.
Once you've created your survey, make sure to select "Save Survey." You can embed your survey onto a page of your website using an embed code, or you can use a link to send someone to the survey in an email or on a website page. If you're creating your website within FEA Create, you can create a page and add the survey to it.
