How to Create a Brand Board

How to Create a Brand Board

Step 1: Open the Brand Board Section

Go to Social Media & Email on your dashboard, then select Brand Boards.

Step 2: Add a New Design Kit

Click Add Design Kit. You can choose a themed template or start from a blank board. Click Continue to begin.

Step 3: Name Your Brand Board

Click the pin icon at the top to give your brand board a name.

Step 4: Add Your Logo

Click the pen icon in the logo section. Upload your logo or choose one from your media library. You can add more than one logo if needed.

Step 5: Add Your Brand Colours

Select Colours. Click Add to include your brand shades. You can add as many colours as you like and give each one a name so you can recognise them easily.

Step 6: Choose Your Fonts

Open the Typography section. Click Add to select your fonts. You can include multiple fonts to match your brand style.

Step 7: Save and Set as Default

Click Save Board in the top right corner. If you want this to be the main brand board for your designs, click Set as Default.

Once saved, your brand board keeps everything beautifully organised so your branding stays cohesive across every part of your business.

If I update my colours, will it change existing emails or pages
No. Updates to your brand board only apply to new designs.

Where are my logos stored?
Your uploaded logos are saved in your media library inside a folder named after your brand board. You can tidy up or remove old versions whenever you like.
